Andreia founded TalentBrowse in January 2016.
As a former Recruitment Agency Manager, Andreia wanted to build a tool to match recently interviewed candidates from recruitment agencies with job opportunities available on the market, thus providing more placements to the agencies and candidates to interview to the employers.She has more than 15 years of experience in recruitment.She founded Senior Tech in 2005, one of the top IT recruitment agencies in Romania and she also developed a web recruitment software used by Senior Tech clients.
Claudiu joined the team as a co-founder and CTO.
He is an entrepreneur and experienced developer and team manager. He founded Nextus Solutions, a software development provider and managed a team of 3 – 6 developers.
Alexandra is Customer Engagement Coordinator. She has previous experience in platform matching and curration.
Madalina is our BI & processes responsible. She has 6 years experience of playing with communities data and processes
Mihaela is the Marketing Responsible.She has 2 years experience in Social Media and Online Marketing for IT job market
